What does implantation feel like?

Does anyone know what the general feelings are when implantation occurs? Or how quickly the feelings come on?

It didn't feel like anything for me. Most women have no indication

It would be mild cramping with possible spotting, usually lasts anywhere from 1-3 days (approximately) 
Usually happens about 8-10 dpo or right around when your period would be due.
