Any advice or words of support welcome 🙈

So tomorrow I am having my first internal check when AF came today. I checked to see if the Doctor still wants to see me and they insist 😫 I'm so nervous, not about the internal we've all had plenty of them just not while AF is visiting. Iv been having mild cramps all the way through since ovulation and been having super sore boobs but a BFN yesterday 😔 and these AF hormones are making things so much harder. Why does disappointment have to come at the most vulnerable time of the month 👎🏻
