How far off can ultrasounds be?

There is a 4 day difference between my ultrasound date (feb 5) and my LMP (feb1). So does that mean I absolutely ovulated when the US said?

No, it's a guess based on measurements. Baby's have growth spurts.

My US is 4 days earlier (Jan. 28) than my LMP date (Feb. 1). My doctor still uses the LMP EDD for everything. She said, unless it's a week off, it doesn't really matter. I  assume I'll have the baby sometime around then, and have been using Feb. 1 when I tell people my EDD.

Mine is 5 days different (I was 5 days further at my US) but I think I implanted quicker. I knew when I ovulated and my EDD puts conception before I even had my period lol.

Implanting can take a varying amount of time. If they date you at your ultrasound within a week or two, they leave your due date the same. 4 days isn't a huge difference.
