Where is a good place to go on a babymoon in January?

I'll be 5-6 months pregnant. We had a boring honeymoon, no trips since, he was gone a christmas, haven't been able to really celebrate anniversaries birthdays etc bc of his job. Had a cruise planned last year but he couldnt get the time off and we had to cancel. So we are ready and determined to go on a trip before the baby comes!! Somewhere on the east coast would be best 😊 thanks!!!

Depends what you want to do and where you live...
East Coast:
Savannah or Miami if you’d like warm and not too humid weather (it won’t be in the winter)
Vermont or New Hampshire if you want a cozy getaway in the mountains 
New York or Boston if you want a walkable city with lots to see and do

you probably don't want to travel too far unless you want to make an over night stay (or two)  near the halfway point. you could go to south Carolina or Virginia beach
