TTC #2 after 2 MC

So my husband and i have been TTC for about a year and a half now. 2 miscarriages already: Oct 17, 2017 and April 11, 2017... Got my first period after my April MC near the end of June then went almost 3 months without a period until just last week and just ended my period Wednesday; which lasted 7 days. my fertile window is in the next few days and I'm at 7.4% today. im just wondering if anyone who has been trying has tried anything new that has worked for them, or anyone who's been in a similar position and has ended up with a healthy lasting pregnancy.. everything is appreciated!
