First round of Clomid

About a month ago I had an HSG test and found out my left tube is blocked. I prayed that the test would open it up enough this cycle to help us conceive like it has so many others. Not only did that not help AF showed up 5 days early 😥. So this cycle I will be starting my first round of Clomid and my question is how many women have had success with Clomid? Are there any women with a blocked tube that took Clomid with success? We have been trying for over a year and every time AF shows up it really gets me down😞 it really sucks how easy it is for some and hard it is for others!
