When did you go see a doctor?

My husband and I have been TTC for what is now our 7th cycle. Would it be too soon to seek a second opinion from another OB/GYN? Also, for those who have gotten your partner's sperm check, when did you go? Please comment and vote away! Any input is appreciated!

General rule of thumb is 6 months if you're over 35 and 1 year if your under 35. Some obgyns offer pre-conception appointments. I talked to my dr my first month trying because I was in for my annual. She told me if nothing happened in 3 months to call her. It happened for me in 2. It was nice to have a conversation with her rather than just reading things on google.

Both my husband and I did a preconception last year, just to be aware of any problems. We weren’t trying last year, but also were not being careful.
We started trying this past two months. This month I took clomid and using presseed. Taking it more seriously. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻
