i feel like my milk supply is getting lower..

I'm pumping every other 3hrs because that's when I feel my breast getting full. I still only pump 1oz from each breast.. if i'm lucky enough, 2oz from both.. baby eats 2oz each bottle. and I like to get ahead on my bottles so my husband can feed the baby instead of me having to get up to pump cause we are out of bottles. /: should I try lactation cookies or something??
