5 Weeks Pregnant
I am 5 weeks pregnant with my second child, my husband and I have been trying for 2 month and just found out yesterday from a home pregnancy test that we are expecting sooner then we though we would be! We haven't told anyone yet, waiting to get checked out and make sure everything is fine with the baby(s) first. Needed to talk and share and be able to tell people!
Any advice for the transition from one to two?
Or just helpful hints and stuff?
