Lots of reason why it could be late...?

Hey y'all. So I've had protected sex with my boyfriend approximately 6 times this past month, and as far as I know nothing went wrong, protection-wise! My period is like 5 days late, so I was just a tad worried, but also I have really weird periods anyway. Lots of stuff happened this month, like I got strep throat and a UTI and was on medication for both of those, plus I was super stressed due to a class. So would all of that extra stuff also cause a period to be delayed?
