Dr messed up my daughter’s vaccines

My doctor screwed up and gave me daughter the vaccines from 2 months AGAIN at her 3 month apt. So she got all 6 two months in a row. I’m so upset. I had a hard time the first time getting all 6. During her apt he even said so what is she 2 months now and I said no 3 months. Then he did his exam and then asked after how I felt about vaccines like so I want to space them out or follow guidelines. I thought that was so strange because we already talked about it last month when she got her 2 month vaccines. So i feel like a terrible mother because I felt it was weird and didn’t open my mouth and now she got it again. Has this happened to anyone else? I am so beyond devastated and feel like i failed my daughter to not open my mouth. I’m worried aboht possible effects from it and all.
