around your period do you ever get where your skin just hurts like you have sunburn on your shoulders your arms and your chest?

after many years of being on the Depo shots I'm finally starting to get a regular period every month but every once in awhile I still feel like I'm getting a weird side effect. today I woke up and my skin feels like I have sunburn on my chest my shoulders my upper arms and shoulder blade area. but yet for the last 3 days I've been inside my house nowhere near the Sun. do any of you guys got this? if so is there any way to relieve it? Any advice would be great

I never thought of it as a period symptom, but sometimes I get weird feelings on my skin. Not like a sunburn, but sometimes my skin just hurts and is sensitive to the touch. Sort of like that pins and needles feelings. It’s hard to explain. It’s mainly on my arms or legs.
