Sandman is avoiding me!
So, I'll have weeks here or there that I just can't sleep. I'll get in a few hours, but spend a lot of time watching info commercials. It's not terrible, but is annoying. I'd rather not go on medication and risk being dependent on it for sleep if I don't have to. Anyone that has some tricks, whether it's an exercise, natural supplement, or something you drink, I'd love to get some ideas what's worked for people.
