i can't believe im pregnant!

I have a daughter that just turned one, and I was a week late so I took a pregnancy test and it came out positive! I can't believe it. I'm on the pill and me and my husband are being careful.

I think that I'm just worried about what my family and people are going to say and think, it's too soon! Any support or uplifting words?! please! my husband says it's ok that its another blessing and that we will be alright! and I just feel that way because of all the hormones.
