Annoyed about him drinking???

Question

Does anyone else get super annoyed that your partner drinks while you're pregnant? Especially in the 1st trimester when most people don't know yet, pregnancy can be super isolating. I'm tempted to be sassy and ask him to get me a glass of wine when he has a beer. Like, I want one too!!! Do you think partners should be sober in solidarity? Maybe I'm just cranky and hormonal!!
We are going to a wedding this weekend and I have to be DD so people aren't suspicious when I'm not drinking. But even if he drinks, I don't want him to be drunk... it's no fun to be the only sober person :(
Advice? Thoughts?

what? No.  it's not his fault.  my thought is, of it bothers you that bad, maybe you have a drinking problem

Yes! Not necessarily because I'm mad that I can't drink mostly cause he (and others) get on my damn nerves when he's drunk!!! Lol

Out of respect for me my fiancé doesn’t drink around me because there’s no point if it’s just him and I. But if he’s with his friends he will drink a few beers.

It doesn't bother me at all. But that's mainly because I didn't drink much to begin with so I'm not missing anything. The only thing I'm envious of is that he still gets to drink energy drinks 😭
Im super excited to give birth so I can have a Full Throttle lol. But I don't get mad at him for it. It could just be your hormones! Just look on the bright side & think about how great that glass of wine will taste after baby is here! 😊

I never minded when my so drank while I was pregnant I told him to live it up while he could before the baby got here

I've never once stopped my husband or been mad at my husband for being able to drink when I can't.... and we've had 5 weddings since I've been pregnant.  Yes it sucks because I enjoy drinking and having fun with everyone, but I would never expect him to be sober just because I have to be. 
In fact, I told him to enjoy his DD while he has one.

I always encouraged my husband to drink. Why should other people suffer just because I can't partake?

I wouldn't really care if my husband drank, my ex husband was an alcoholic so he drank heavily while I was pregnant with my two older children. But my current husband has decided not to drink while I'm pregnant.

I don't care if he has beer or wine, but he doesn't out of solidarity - which I appreciate. Now if he had a gin and tonic I would be very jealous! Can't help how you feel, all these ladies telling you that you shouldn't care...🙄

These comments are so helpful. I think maybe I'm overreacting because I feel left out. But I get to carry this baby and that's so cool! He won't get to experience pregnancy like I do.
