Might be a dumb question

Butttt I have been able to pick up the baby’s heart beat on a doppler since I was 9 weeks 6 days. I’m now 11 weeks 4 days and wasn’t able to find it for a few days because I was consistently finding the baby in the same general area on my right side every time I would try to find the heartbeat. I decided to move more towards the middle of my stomach and I was able to find he heart beat a little to the left of the center of my belly. Is the baby really able to love that much already? Lol.
