2 year old not sleeping in bed

So my son is 2years old. He used to share a room with me and slept in my bed with me. Well I recently got a house and he has his own room and bed and everything but won’t even trying to sleep in his bed. Does anyone have any tips I can try out to get him to sleep in his own bed?? I’m pregnant again and I don’t want him and a new baby in my room when he has a new bed and new room. Baby will have a room too but he or she will be in ours for the first few months.
