Love Making Issues

Needing advice has anyone else's man gone 3 to 4 weeks or longer with out sex? I mean no pleasure period! Even trying to get him in the mood is like a full time job it's self. I was looking into some kind of pill/cream something to help but idk know what would work good and what wouldn't. When we do have sex and he does cum it's a very little amount like a penny size keep in mind he is only 27 so I'm lost as to what could be happening. When we first got together we was all the time making love at least twice to three times a day and he would go alot. I just want to fix this if I can. I rather have the real thing when I'm in the mood. :/
