How to dry breast milk?

Lost my baby girl at 20 weeks on 09/23/2017. Two days after that my breast milk came in. This is the worst feeling ever. My boobs gets really big and full. I don’t know why I produced so much milk. I have to pump some out for comfort but I still seem to produce more even if I only pump little out. I’m so mad at the fact that my little girl not here to take this pain away. Please help anyone!!??!

I’m so sorry for your loss, I had the same problem when my daughter was stillborn in February. Cold cabbage leaves in your bra help, sounds gross but it’s try. Also wear a sports bra all all times to hold everything in. Stop pumping. Only hand express and only express just enough to relieve the worst of the pain. Anything more will encourage your supply. Donating milk is definitely an option and definitely a huge gift to give but keep in mind that breastfeeding, even pumping, can interfere with your ability to become pregnant again if you’re wanting to have another baby soon. I had to weigh the pros and cons of that after I had my daughter.

I experienced the same thing after my miscarriage. I was told use ice packs to help with the pain. I just wore a supportive bra and rode it out. It took about 4-5 days

It sounds crazy but cabbage leaves in a sports bra helped to dry up the milk. It took about 7 days for me if I remember right.. My head was in a fog worst time of my life

Don't pump wear ice pack 24/7 and wrap them tightly w gauze cabbage leave s help too I ate peppermint altoids too I read that helps dry up milk also don't let warm or hot water run on them in shower n don't touch them or let ur man touch them, it is horrible.

Don’t pump!!! It’s only going to make your body produce more. I lost my girl at 24 weeks and didn’t touch my boobs, it was hard but I did nothing other then wear a lose bra almost all day with pads to catch any leaking,?after 3-4 days of that it was less painful and more just big and after 7 days it was gone. I’ve heard lunch bags of peas in your bra and other things other lady’s have suggested help with the pain sorry for your loss 💕
