When to pump?

My son is now 5wks old and at the beginning we had some troubles with supply and had to substitute formula after breastfeeding. He is now breastfeeding only but I would like to pump to have a stash on hand. When is the best time for me pump?

Pump in the morning I usually rotate boobs but I only pump one so I can feed from the other. you get the most milk in the morning!

I used to pump right after I was done feeding my son, but it never seemed to work for me bc he would cry or want to be held. And I also didn’t get as much right after feeding. so I usually wait 45-60 mins to pump. The most I get is in the morning pumping session.
