OB office situation

So the last time I was in the OB office I had my next appointment scheduled. I went to my thyroid doctor and she called to verify my next appointment at the OB which they said was in 2 weeks. Well the OB office called me and told me they had no appointment scheduled which I was under the impression that they did, and the front desk lady told me if I couldn't come in 2 days that I would have to find a new physician. I told her it's very rude I'm being threatened to have to find a new doctor when they lost my appointment... And of course my dog was just neutered and can reach his incision with his cone on (has done twice when I left the house for 30 min) and the front desk lady is telling me this is partially my fault for not calling them... Really?!?!!
