Nasal congestion
Anyone have any remedies for nasal congestion??
I'm sure my allergies have a little bit to do with it, but I know for sure majority of my congestion is pregnancy related.
I have nose spray on my list of medication I can take, and it works wonders when I use it but I know it can be so habit forming and actually make congestion worse.
Anyone know of some super safe nasal sprays or at home remedies??
I'm miserable 😭
