Men same height or shorter?

I’m seeing this guy and I’m beginning to like him like that and would consider pursuing a relationship in the future. He’s super sweet and ticks all of the boxes, it’s just that he’s a bit short. We’re legit the exact same height and it’s bothers me because I honestly just hate feeling large. I honestly get that I sound incredibly stupid for asking this question but what is everyone’s opinions on dating shorter guys? Did it feel awkward?

Personally I've never dated a guy shorter than me. I'm 5'4" and most guys are taller. But that doesn't mean I'd let a good guy go because of something he can't control like height. My parents always told me, "Don't pass up the love of your life because he's a few inches shorter than what you'd like".

If someone is actually perfect for you, I'm sure their height will be the least of your worries. It won't make that much of a difference, honestly. The idea that women have to be shorter in a relationship is just another misogynistic standard that ruins what could be great relationships 🤷‍♂️

I have a tall friend who said she would never date a guy under 6 feet tall. She is now married a guy who’s shorter than her.
Moral: if you’re perfect for each other in every other way, and it isn’t a physical dealbreaker for you, it won’t matter.

Im 5 feet tall so I personally won’t date anyone shorter... not to mention half the shelf space in our house wouldn’t get used as neither of us would be able to reach it

I'm 5'2" and all the tall girls I know get mad at me because the shortest guy ive dated was 5'11", I'm with a guy whose over a foot taller than me now
Personally since I'm so short I would just worry about whose gonna reach stuff ya know?

My fiancé and I are the exact same height. He might be a bit taller but no more than 1-2cm. I think it's the best because you fit together really well and there's no awkward positions you have to do during sex lol. Best of luck xx

I’m almost 6ft and I dated a guy that was 5’4” it wasn’t for me. I felt huge all the time. Try it first, you might be ok with it. My husband is the same height as me.
