Free Breast Pumps covered by insurance

hey, for those who got their breast pumps, which one did you get and how much did you pay? I went through the target site and it came back that the upgrade ones are $100 for the medela pump in style tote or $200 for the medela freestlye.... is there maybe a better company or is it all the same?
