When should I take a pregnancy test?

I got my nexplanon out on the September 21st (had it in for 8 months) never had a period with it til. September 16th(started)-22nd (finished) the other 7 months never had one.... anyways ever since I got it out me and my SO been having unprotected sex and he has been Cumming inside me sex unprotrcted September 23rd through the 28th .. so when should I test... can I get pregnant this early after barley getting my nexplanon out? Help plz. Tell me how long it took u and when u tested... and
