Is lower back aches a sign of pregnancy?

I'm somewhere between 5-7 dpo and yesterday & today I've been having lower back aches... Feels like menstrual cramps almost but AF is on time every month and not due until next Wednesday. DH and I BD'ed every other day and sometimes a couple days in a row this whole month! 😊🙏🏻
