I'd love to hear from those of you who have experience with stopping the mini pill!

I stopped taking BCP this month and my LMP was 9/2-9/6. It is now 9/29 and I did NOT get a "withdrawal bleed" but woke up today and AF showed up. Today is day 28 of my cycle so it's pretty much spot on.

My question is...is this normal for AF to show up right on time after stopping the pill?

I was taking Jolivette (mini pill, not a combined pill) and it had no estrogen.

Should I just consider myself lucky that it showed up on time? Or is this considered a "withdrawal bleed"? It sure feels like AF😂
