Romantic ways to thank husband?

My husband has been amazing throughout my pregnancy--he's been helping with housework, cooking, taking care of the bills, driving me everywhere, doing all the grocery shopping--I wonder if anyone could share creative ways to express my gratitude, something out of the box, besides cooking him a nice meal or dining at a nice restaurant? What have you done, small or big, for your husband lately to thank him?

I bought him his favorite candy and some McDonald's 😊 we ended up sharing because he hates when I watch him eat while pregnant😂

Aside from cooking his favorites, I've been watching/doing more him geared activities. For example I'm a big baby and don't like scary movies but he loves them so I've been bucking up and watching some with him. He seems to really appreciate it, oh and I got him a game he'd been wanting. He's super cuddly too so I've been big spooning a lot too, lol.

My husband likes pedicures so I booked us both for a pedicure. It was really nice spending time together while getting pampered. I've also put a towel on the dryer while he was showering and brought him a hot towel to dry off with on the few cool nights we've had. I have also got him a car wash for his car. These are just some things I've done, but I'm hoping to get some more ideas!
