My dog won't leave me alone - sign?

Question

My golden retriever has been following me around and laying by my side if I stop and relax on the sofa (he knows he's not allowed on the sofa). He's usually all over my husband but today 4dpo he won't leave me alone....! Do dogs sense pregnancy/ hormones?

My dog (who sleeps on the floor every night and won't snuggle with my husband and I in bed) has slept in between us, sound as can be, for the last two nights and again tonight! 
Maybe he knows something we don't yet!

With my first i had just bought a puppy and almost immediately he always curled up by my stomach at night.  Even when i tried to move him closer to my chest he would always find his way back to my stomach.  I believe dogs know 100%

This!!!! I'm 7dpo and she won't leave me alone! She's a chow and loves me but isn't much of a cuddler. It normally never lasts more than 3 or 4 minutes at a time and this past week she won't leave me alone! I'm typing this with her on my lap (and she has been for the last 2 hours). I hope it's a sign!!

Yes they can sense it. My dog acted very different when I became pregnant, before I even knew I was pregnant, he just gave me even more attention then usual. He also knew before I did, when I lost my baby. He wouldn’t come near me for a while and would go hide in his cage, which he had never done before. Even after I gave birth to my stillborn, it took my dog a good month before he acted normal again around me.
