How can I tell if I scratched my tattoo while asleep?

I went to sleep and I put socks on my hands so I won't scratch😂I woke up and the socks were off and my tattoo looks like a lot of peeling is coming off. But it's 6 days old so if I scratched wouldn't it be sore?

I honestly always scratch mine as long as you arent too aggressive with it or peel it off it should be fine. The only way youd be able to tell if you did damage is thered be a light patch similar to like a scar or something on the tattoo from where you scratched

I’m sure its fine, tattoos always get like that and it will probably be like that for a while. Just make sure to use aquafor or something similar while it is healing.

Maybe, it'll be fine tho. Peeling is normal so it could've just happened since it's almost been a week. I don't think you could scratch too aggressively while sleeping lol
