Any nurses or doctors out there? Help!

This is the second time this has shown up on my sons toe and I have no idea why or what it is!! He is 16 weeks old today. Thoughts?

why don't you take him to the doctor?! instead of posting it on the internet..that looks serious and is the second time too..

I am a pediatric nurse. Did you by chance find a hair or string wrapped around his toe? I’ve seen it a couple times. A hair gets inside their sock or PJ’s and gets wrapped around a toe, creating a tourniquet effect.

Looks like a blood blister. Dont pop it and get into a doctor asap (just in case it gets infected)

The first time it happened did it just go down on its own or did you get it looked at? Is he wearing shoes or something that could be causing this?

I would see when the doctor could see your baby. Don't think it's a hospital or urgent care visit.

You should see a dr at least for reassurance.... maybe vascular birthmark! My husband has one on his side that blisters up like once
