So in volleyball practice the other day my coach (who is female) told a bunch of us girls that we couldn’t wear cut off shirts at practice anymore because our superintendent and principal (male and female) told us that it will “arouse the football boys” to see our bras. First of all, the boys can practice without their shirts on and wear cut offs that are cut all the way down to their f ing hip bones, but the second a guy sees a girl in a sports bra “oh no she’s a slut omg”. This triggers me so much. And one of the seniors on our team told us that we should all bring a cut off to practice one day because it’s stupid that we can’t wear a cut off to keep cool. So I hereby announce “the great volleyball cut off protest of 2017”.
