Please help
so for the past few days I haven't been feeling well I've had upset stomach, I had really bad breast pain, migrants, and today I saw really weird discharge I'm scared I might be pregnant. Idk what to do please someone help me I need to know if I'm worried for nothing or if I could truly be pregnant.
