Thoughts or advice?

Hi guys. So im 17 and my period has become irregular ever since ive become sexually active. Every time i have sex i make sure to wear a condom and when we are finished i check just to make sure it hadnt broken. On april 4th my boyfriend and i didnt have a condom with us so we didnt have sex. Meaning his penis didnt go in my vagina. However his penis did go around my vagina and now im worrying because mabe some precum couldve some how got inside my hole. Precum because he didnt cum. Now i feel bloated, nauseas, and have sore boobs. I usually always stress about being pregnant which makes my period later. Glow is saying that i wont have a period this month but it will start may 1st. Which is also scaring me and idk what i should do
