Any advice:? IM SO SAD AND CONFUSE😞💔

Question

I been having abnormal vaginal bleeding.. (vibrant red) for about 1 week now.. and before that they took a pregnancy test on me and it marked Negative.. but now I feel like im having a implantation 😞 but im not sure if its PMS or pregnancy .. I'm scare. Help!

It sounds like a miscarriage. Sort of. When I had mine I jade horrid cramps for like a week and a half like gut wrenching I need to go home early from work type cramps. Cramps to the point I couldn't stand while I was working. And then after those cramps sort of died down I bleed for like 2 weeks. I went through so many tampons and pads it was ridiculous l. But the thing with mine is it happened as I was suppose to get my other period. So I had no idea that I was even pregnant at all. But my body just wasn't ready. So I'd take some pain mess and get a nice warm blanket and wait it out.
