Disappointing Sex Life

I'm really hating my sex life. me and my husband have been married for a year and 9 months and we barely have sex. and I say barely I mean BARELY. we hit it maybe 1 a month or every 2 to 3 months. but its either he's tired or just doesnt feel like it. he always tells that I should just let it happen but NOTHING HAPPENS. EVER. yesterday he promised we would, didn't happen. the other day he said we would, nope. today he promised me again that we would after watching his Dragon Ball Z shit. NOPE. He'll get me all horny and hopeful and shit but when nothing happens I get depressed af and I feel really rejected. I'm losing my mind and just talking to him about doesn't work cause he gets mad. UGH. I cant anymore. might as well go and buy a damn vibrator.
