ovulation and preg symptoms ?

I just want to know if ovulation symptoms are the same as early pregnancy symptoms ? glow is telling me I'm currently fertile and best day to have sex is Wednesday it says 33% chance of pregnancy. but I'm having pelvic pains, had my period on 20th of last month lasted 4 days and was normal. lost appetite for food which isn't like me as I'm a huge foodie. back ache and more little abnormal symptoms. I need help because I'm going crazy! Should I test soon or not? please post advise for me x
