I had an iui. My second attempt was successful. 
The first one I did natural, so I only paid for the sperm and procedure.
Here is the breakdown of my successful 2nd attempt:
Donor Sperm- $225
Iui procedure- $250
Trigger shot- $180 
Progesterone- $40
Ultrasound to measure follicles- $250
