Amenorrhea/clomid/opks

I have been amenorrheic (no period) for 7 years. I started my first round of clomid 9/16 for 5 days, 100 mg. My doctor did not put me on provera as I tried that several years ago with no bleed.

I had a positive opk on 9/22 and have continued to have a high for 10 days but no peak. I started having horrible cramping Thursday, along with headaches, cold symptoms, and then yesterday had lower back pain. Anyone have any thoughts, comments, suggestions on this? I don't know what to think! Could these just be symptoms of ovulation? (I wouldn't know since its been 7 years 😕)

Should I continue using opk or stop since it's been 10+ days? Any insight would be GREATLY appreciated!
