4 week ultrasound

Hey ladies!

I found out I was pregnant when I was 3 weeks and 2 days according to my last LMP. Went to my gyno that same day to confirm and of course they couldn’t see anything on the ultrasound. Hcg was 40.9 that evening and then 139 on my 48 hour draw. 80 hours later my hcg was 602 and progesterone at 19.5.

The whole time I’d been feeling exhausted, nauseous with vomiting on and off, terrible heartburn and some breast tenderness as well as mild cramping, which I was told was normal. No bleeding. Friday night I started feeling some sharp pains and beating back and forth whether or not to go to urgent care. Went to my gynos urgent care today convinced i hd an ectopic pregnancy cuz that intermittent sharp pain and pressure was only on my left. Turns out I had a ruptured cyst and my baby is in my uterus! Could only see the sac, but feel so relieved. First OB appt is 10/11 when I’ll be 6 weeks!
