Sleep issues anyone?

We got BFP last Sunday but since last Saturday (night before we found out we were pregnant) I can't sleep well. Insomnia at it's finest. Does anyone has any tips on how to fall asleep and stay asleep? I feel like a zombie! 😬

I keep falling right to sleep at night but wake up crazy early in the morning and can't fall back to sleep.

Right here!! Ugh, the insomnia is unreal. I go to sleep just fine, but usually wake up around 3am and then I’m AWAKE for hours! On a day off it’s not that big of a deal, when when I work it just drains me.

Walking helps for me and taking some nice deep breaths

I'm going through this for over a week now. I spoke to my nurse today and she recommended not going to bed early, if I do wake up get up and read a book or magazine leave the bedroom don't put a blanket (try to cool down) over you when reading, try read for no more than an hour and go back to bed.                        I had been going to bed earlier as I was so exhausted so I am going to try her tips tonight and fingers crossed they work

OMG this is me to the T!!! Always up throughout the night but when I wake between 3-4 AM I am normally up for good and then am so nauseous throughout the day because I'm so tired!  Would love to figure out how to stay asleep again!
