Spotting at 34 weeks

Okay ladies I need some help. Today I am 34 weeks and 4 days and I earlier today I went pee. When I wiped I noticed some blood. Small. Very small but it was bright red. It kind of just looked like I cut myself. But the thing is right before I wiped I had a really bad pain in my pelvis region kinda like period cramps with some stabbing pain mixed in. I put on a panty liner to see if it would get on the liner and it didn’t and seem to stop. But then I just went pee and got that same pain again only a little worse this time and wiped and sure enough there was some blood. Small, still bright, looks like I just have a cut. So I grabbed a mirror to see if I had a cut and I couldn’t find one but then I looked again and thought I saw a little one. So I kept wiping over what looked like the cut and got no blood. Set toilet paper over the cut for a little and nothing. Ive stopped bleeding but have been having pains on and off for like two days. Has anyone else experienced this? Should I be concerned? Let me know please!
