I found out today after a year since my mc with twins that I am pregnant again

I found out today after a year since my mc with twins that I am pregnant again! It's so early on that I'm trying not to get my hopes up especially since I'm 37 I have a range of emotions from elated to scared right now, I worry am I to old, is it going to last, should I not get attached incase something  happens again?! Ugh sorry for venting but here I am :) I tested before period was due and it says 1-2 weeks my boobs don't lie lol
