I need advice, help please!!

Okay so I thought I was pregnant had symptoms like nausea, my boobs were sensitive and grew a full cup size, i was extra tired all of the time, and I just felt off. I took a few test one was an extremely extremely faint positive and then A few days later a negative so I just figured it was too early to know and looking back at dates it most likely was, well this morning I went pee and whipped and there was blood, so I threw a tampon on and just thought oh well false alarm I guess, we’ll once I actually got up I seen this laying on my notebook from when I stood up to go the bath room and I’ve never seen this before when I’ve had a period so I was just curious could I have been pregnant and it be very early on and miscarried? I poked at it because of all of what I’d said before and it feels flesh like??? Idk what are your thoughts?????

I was also experiencing some cramps before I went to bed nothing too horrible, but definitely not real mild like I had experienced before thinking they were implantation cramps
