SUPER PAINFUL DIARRHEA

woke up in the night with the worst pains in my stomach and back and i had the worst diarrhea that was greenish yellowish. it hurt so bad it felt like contractions but it was just gas pain. i'm 32 weeks. please help? babies kicking a lot and i'm still having higher back pain. Had this a few weeks ago when i thought i had samonella but i think it might be from all the sugar and nachos i've been eating. help?
