I had my daughter almost 2 weeks ago. Everyone listened to not announce that she was here until I said so, but not really ahout not posting pictures of her online. I would have been more okay with them sharing my own photos, but instead they saved them and posted them themselves. Now I have random friends of theirs liking her photos, sending me friend requests, messaging me. It makes me uncomfortable and slightly irritated. I’m not the kind of parent to not post photos of my child but I would have appreciated them asking if I mind at least. Now my SIL is asking for more pictures because some old ladies that she and my MIL know from out of state (whom my husband and I have never met) want to see pictures. Is that not weird?!
