About a month ago, I had no control and itched my eczema until it was open and painful...it seemed like it was spreading. I decided to read up on it online again (I've been suffering for years) and found this list of foods that are common "triggers." Eggs were high on the list and I had been eating two a day when my eczema got ridiculous. I stopped eating eggs and it cleared up in 4 days!! I miss eating eggs for breakfast or as a snack, but I'm thankful to have calm skin again. So many things in life are impacted by nutrition. Figured I'd share in case anyone else is suffering...
