Any advise, feeling a little ?

Had my first visit and the ultrasound wasn't match my expected week. Too many hurtful details after that. Only 2 options 1. My last period day is wrong ( I don't believe) 2. I miscarriage. They are thinking 6 weeks I'm thinking I should be 9 weeks and 2 days. Any advise? I think something is wrong, I can't talk to anyone about because I haven't told anyone yet. I was waiting until I received my ultrasound photos. Can't stop crying. I have a follow up visit scheduled for next week.
