my poor baby

I'm a FTM and my daughter is 2 months old. She's become a huge drool box and has taken a liking to chewing on my hand. this morning she's been abnormally fussy and whiny. if shes not screaming she's whimpering. that's not like her at all she's usually a very happy baby. She dont seem gassy since she's been pooping like normal, so I really think that's out of the question. I've nursed her and during she's fussy but she still is eating. she's had her diaper changed and clothes on and off. could she been teething early?? tell me what y'all think. my poor baby's hurting
