Idk what’s going on.

Okay so I got my birth control (Mirena) taken out 4 days ago. I started my period yesterday. And then I passed this not to long ago. I don’t know if it’s my uterine wall shedding or if I was pregnant and getting the Mirena removed caused me to miscarry.
